Because the world promotes Science and people with logical thinking and who are good at calculations are thought as more intelligent. And the ideal of being a rational/logical person is very appealing. So my question is, do students choose Science on the basis of it is seen as a cooler and more intelligent course?Do student choose Science due to false perceptions?
